Digital Signature or DSC is used to implement Electronic Signature that is E-signature, it refers to any electronic data that carries the intent of a signature, but all electronic signatures do not use digital signatures. Digital Signatures are of their own importance and equivalent to handwritten signatures and stamped seals. DSC Class 3 can be used to authenticate the source of messages. for filling return, the person has to need Digital Signature. Class 2 Digital Signature Certificates provide obtain by getting DIN or DPIN.

Class II type of Digital Signature is used for IT Company, Return E-Filing, Obtaining Director Identification Number DIN, and filling other forms in the Ministry of corporate affairs. This class of  Digital Signature is used to cross verification. This type of Digital Signature is used for e-filing of documents with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Income Tax Department.
